To answer your question, yes. However I'm having problems compiling
*ANY* C++ program right now with gcc 3.0, so I'm hardly a reliable
tester. I'm working on figuring out what's wrong with the install and
will clean up any problems with the ht://Dig code for 3.1.6 and
certainly the 3.2 development code.
Personally, I'd suggest compiling code with gcc-2.95.2 for right now.
