Htdig 3.1.5 does not search for phrases, so a search for "breast cancer"
will find all pages which contain both words.  The ranking in the search
result is based on combining (adding ?) the "scores" of both words.  "NOAH
Provider: Cancer Care, Inc.: Main Menu" has the largest score.

Consult the ht://dig documentation on scores and how to adjust them.
