As I said back in July...

New snapshots are generated every week, and the old ones drop off after
a bit more than a month. Grab the latest one, i.e. the most recent one.
As of today, that would be htdig-3.2.0b4-091601.tar.gz, but it'll be
gone in a month or so. The 6-digit number is the snapshot date, in
mmddyy format.
