I don't know what you mean by "category." If your categories are
defined as specific URL patterns, you can easily do this with the
restrict and exclude fields of the search form.
If your categories are defined by META keywords, this is a bit
tricky, but if they're unique and not likely to be found on pages
with different categories, you can use the keywords field of the
search form to require a particular word to be on the pages.
