It depends on what you mean by "collections." If it's something that can
be broadly defined based on a URL or URL pattern, then it's easy to do by
the restrict and exclude fields in the htsearch form.

These, of course, can be <SELECT> fields if you'd like a popup menu.
Of course if you have multiple config files, you can still have a <SELECT>
field for the config portion of the form.
