Not at the moment, no. There's some discussion about adding something like this to 3.2. Currently, the plan is to simple exclude matches where the "base score" (based on words alone and not date_factor, backlink_factor, nor any other adjustments) is 0. We were unsure of whether to make this configurable or not. If we do, the question is whether the selection should be based on base score, final score, or options for both. -- Gilles R.
