According to Cliff Addy: > I've tried adding a hidden "matchesperpage" field to my search form, but > htsearch seems to ignore it. Does this feature work?
works for me! As far as I know, it's always worked, way back to old versions of htsearch like 3.0.8b2 (which you shouldn't be using anyway). Maybe there's a problem with your input tag. Make sure it's between the <form> and </form> tags, and is structured like the other hidden input tags in the example search form. Make sure there's only ONE such tag, and watch out for typos. E.g.: <input type="hidden" name="matchesperpage" value="25"> > (BTW, the seach function in the archives seems to be broken) Yes, I believe the problem is that GeoCrawler archives SourceForge mailing lists, but doesn't index them for its search engine. To search the archives, you need to go to the www.htdig.org web site and use the search form there. -- Gilles R.
