Either way.  My choice would be the first way, or to modify the default
htdig.conf, adding htdig's url_part_aliases definition there.  However,
if you want to use a different conf file for this, and you want it to be
the default, then you can modify rundig to use it.

You modify the value of the "config" input parameter in the search form.
