Yes, if you grab the 3.1.6 development snapshot from
http://www.htdig.org/files/snapshots/, and then change the
template files (see http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q4.2) to
use $&=(URL) in long.html for the link description text.
Don't add the "=" in the URL that goes into href's, though,
because there you shouldn't have embedded spaces.
