You may want to add dc.date, dc.date.createda and dc.date.modified as 
a meta tag to extract the correct date.  dc stands for Dublin Core 
which is now a NISO/ANSI standard for HTML metadata.  It's always 
nice to support standards, as we'll be seeing more standards-based 
tagging in building semantic webs.
