Yeah, that's a pain.  You can use FTP to download from their download
servers, but I don't know if we can automate the placement of snapshots
and contrib files on those servers.  It all seems to be geared to the
manual upload of individual release files.

I'd appreciate that.  You have a better understanding of the changes,
and I'm pretty tied up with changes to htsearch and a few HTML parser
changes.
