This part is easy.  Remember that you can use environment variable in
templates.  So, uncomment the template_map definition in your htdig.conf,
and edit the long.html result template file in the common directory to
add "http://$(SERVER_NAME)" before the $&(URL) in the link description
text.  You don't really need to add this part to the URL in the
<a href="..."> tags, as the browser will know the server name to add.
