Hi, I have tried to follow the faq 4.20, setting up perl wrappers around htsearch to call it with different config files. The approach mentioned there (setting the environment variable CONFIG_DIR) did not work, so I figured I can add the -c switch to the htsearch call.
But I can't figure out how to pass all the other CGI environment variables from my perl script to the htsearch binary. Any ideas?
