[htdig] Error Message after running ./rundig -vvv

I am receiving the following error after running the rundig command.  the verbose feature doesn't allow me to read any errors throughout the indexing.  I have doublecheck file permissions and locations and all seem to be ok.  Ideas on the DB2 problem?
