No, I definitely did a "cvs add" of both files and the cvs commit seemed
to take them both. In my local copy of the cvs tree, the contrib/CVS/Entries
file has entries for both files, but they're not showing up in the snapshots.

We've had other wierd problems with CVS on SourceForge, so this seems
to be another one. I have been unable lately to add directories using
their CVS. It may be that it also has problems with binary files.

Until I can find a permanent solution to getting this stuff into the
main source tree, the only other place to get it will be

   http://www.htdig.org/files/contrib/wrappers/

where I just placed a copy.
