I have installed htdig-3.2-0b4.
It works with an URL of type http://....
But with an URL of type file:///... it doesn't work.
Here is the message after ./rundig -vvvvv:

(this is also in htdoc/upgrade.html in your source archive
as well, the htdoc/install.html always has installation instructions.)
Remember. The 3.2 releases are quite different from 3.1.x (thus the
version number change).
