According to Sylvie Greverend:

By default, the output goes into db.docs in your database directory.
This is set by the "doc_list" attribute. In the 3.2 betas, htdump
will also output a word list dump in db.worddump by default, set by the
"word_dump" attribute. The 3.1.6 htdump doesn't do this because there's
already an ASCII file that contains the word list, db.wordlist, set by
the "word_list" attribute.

See the Files section of http://www.htdig.org/htdump.html or
http://www.htdig.org/dev/htdig-3.2/htdump.html, as well as the
descriptions of the attributes above in http://www.htdig.org/attrs.html
or http://www.htdig.org/dev/htdig-3.2/attrs.html.
