Hi. I'd like to ask about the "fuzzy" search algorithms in ht://Dig: are they only configured to be used and used inside htsearch in order to give better search results to the user, or can the user somehow choose to use these algorithms by herself when doing searches? Could someone also clarify a bit the usage and meaning of the soundex and metaphone algorithms within htfuzzy (and htsearch)? Me and my fellow students are doing a study on ht://Dig and would like to thank you in advance for this information.
