Unfortunately I work on my own and occasionally can't see the wood for the
trees. I rewrote the last part of the path so many times while testing
(hence the 'doc2thml'), but never noticed the 'fylingfish'.

Apologies to the group. And thanks to the authors of htDig, doc2html and
xpdf for the wonderful software.
