The 3.2.0b4 snapshots support url_rewrite_rules, but not search_rewrite_rules yet. It's on the to-do list (along with a lot of other 3.1.6 enhancements), but I was holding off until some rearranging of the 3.2 htsearch code by others is complete. -- Gilles R.
