Have you checked http://www.htdig.org/dev/htdig-3.2/ ? Keep in mind that the documentation is beta, as is the distribution. If you decide to do anything with a 3.2.x distribution, it would probably be best to use one of the b4 snapshots, rather than the b3 release.
