No, I don't think he said that. However, it's worth pointing out that 
there are *other* features on the TODO list that get a higher priority 
because more than just a few people need them. Of course, if you'd like 
to contribute a patch to do this, it would likely be accepted.

You're free to do as you wish. I'd say that there seems like a 
reasonable workaround for now--one that you *can* distribute with your 
WWWOFFLE code (i.e. patching the .html files).

If I had the time to add the feature, I would. But I don't have a whole 
lot of time to devote to ht://Dig development and there are things 
higher on my priority list.

Again, contributions are welcome and always appreciated.
