There's nothing that jumps out at me for a "139" return value. Of course error messages are usually written by htdig, especially if you're using the -vvv flag. Again, I'll say this. We're glad you're willing to test 3.2.0b4, but if you're intending to use ht://Dig in a production environment, you'll probably be happier using 3.1.6.
