Hi - SCORE and PERCENT are variables that relate to an individual
match, not to the result page as a whole. As such, I do not
believe that they are handled when they occur in header.html.
They do not make sense in that context.

In order to provide SCORE and PERCENT for each match, I think you
need to enable and define the appropriate custom result
template(s). See http://www.htdig.org/attrs.html#template_map
The long.html and short.html files in the common directory should
give you a good start for defining custom templates.
