> Hi
Hi... Just for your reference, it's best not to e-mail a developer directly. There's a whole e-mail list for htdig questions and discussion: <http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q1.16> > I got a Problem with the Search results. > htdig seems not to store the links correctly. > f.e. it makes > > "http://iam106.pdb.siemens.de/ts1home/index.php? > open=bereiche=tps" > > of > > "http://iam106.pdb.siemens.de/ts1home/index.php? > open=bereiche&action=tps" I would guess that you're running version 3.1.3, which mangled & characters in URLs in this way. <http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q5.15> If so, you'll find there are many, many reasons to upgrade to the current production version 3.1.6 <http://www.htdig.org/RELEASE.html> If you're running 3.1.6, are you sure this is in the <a href="..." link of the HTML or in the URL displayed? Current versions of ht://Dig have changed the templates to be more HTML-compliant as far as rendering HTML entities, i.e. & in URLs. If you want the URL variable displayed as HTML, you probably want $&(URL). <http://www.htdig.org/hts_template.html> -- -Geoff Hutchison Williams Students Online http://wso.williams.edu/ _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm _______________________________________________ htdig-general mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, send a message to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> with a subject of unsubscribe FAQ: http://htdig.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html
