I'm trying to setup htdig at our educational site. However I'm in some trouble doing so even I do think I understand the documentation. The environment is RH7.1 x86 htdig installed by .rpm.
basicly it is up and running but: 1. worse is: I am not able to search any documents on words including danish special characters (������), the search-result is always empty, even I find the characters in documents found by other words. (hml-docs). 2. I am apearently not able to include .txt documents which are only referenced by a dynamic dirindex (Apache "fancyIndexing") 3.
