Hi, everyone,
I'm trying to set up Ht://Dig for a university department web site, and
having one slight problem: when I make changes to the template files, it
doesn't change the search result output. I've tried setting
'search_results_header', 'search_results_footer', and
'search_results_wrapper' using both absolute paths and
${common_dir}/(header|footer|wrapper).html, and re-running rundig after
each change. Changes to short.html and long.html take effect imediately
- I don't have to run rundig at all - but nothing seems to make changes
to the other three actually change the results page. Can anyone help me
here? Should I be using -i to get it to pay attention to the new files?
I don't want to because with -i it takes almost an hour to index the
site, but I do need to customize the output.
If it makes any difference, I'm using Ht://Dig 3.1.6 from the 3.1.6-3
package in Debian's 'sarge' distribution. (Same as in the new 3.0
release, I believe.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA,
Andrew C. Dingman
