You should be aware that the backslash at the end of the line overrides the number/pound sign at the start. The above line is equivalent to... start_url: #http://www.aquariumhobbyist.com/index.html http://forum.aquariumhobbyist.com/robot.html all on one line, and the "#" only starts a comment when it's at the beginning of such a line.
