No, I'm afraid there's no way to do that right now.  The closest thing
htsearch does right now is the highlighting in the excerpts, which won't
necessarily show all the matched words for a given document, even if you
bump up max_excerpts (in version 3.1.6) - although that may be a decent
compromise solution.

To properly implement what you ask would require modifications to the
DocMatch objects and the parser class, to keep track of the words for
each matched document.  Right now, that information is lost in the
parser class, as the match list is built, and never makes it to the
Display class.
