According to Peter Porserud: > I just wonder if there is a way to display the word/words that were found > in a document in the corresponding html output. If I have enabled the > "or"-mathingalgorithm and not all the searchwords were found in a document > is there any way to display which of the searchwords were found?
No, I'm afraid there's no way to do that right now. The closest thing htsearch does right now is the highlighting in the excerpts, which won't necessarily show all the matched words for a given document, even if you bump up max_excerpts (in version 3.1.6) - although that may be a decent compromise solution. To properly implement what you ask would require modifications to the DocMatch objects and the parser class, to keep track of the words for each matched document. Right now, that information is lost in the parser class, as the match list is built, and never makes it to the Display class. -- Gilles R.
