You might want to check http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q5.27 However, after looking at your main page, I suspect that you will find that the problem is due to the JavaScript not being enclosed in HTML comment tags. When the parser encounters a less than sign in the JavaScript code, it interprets it as the beginning of a new tag. Thereafter, chances are much of the remaining markup will not be interpreted correctly; this will most likely include some href's being dropped. Wrapping JavaScript in comment tags is a standard procedure that is recommended by almost every decent JavaScript tutorial.
