There is no htdig_follow.  I think you mean the <noindex follow> and
</noindex> tags referred to in http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q4.15
(this only works with 3.1.6 or recent 3.2.0b4 snapshots).  Either this
or adding link tags to make up for the ignored <a href...> tags will
do.  See also http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q5.25 for how to generate
an URL-list using the find command, if you'd rather go that route.
