No. The script includes commands that users would typically do, but
explains why some of them are not necessary. You *can* copy the
db.docs.index file, but you'll just be using extra space. It's only used
when indexing, which is why the indexing script leaves it in place.

The script you mention (as well as the 3.1.x rundig.sh analogue) does
explain which databases are only used when indexing. They are not moved or
copied.

You only need to rebuild these databases if the generating files are
changed. So if you change english.0 or synonyms, then the databases will
