A search on Google seems to indicate that win32 is supported:
http://www.google.com/search?q=htdig+win32+site:htdig.org&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&start=10&sa=N
For the heck of it, I just downloaded 3.2.0-b2 and tried compiling it
under Cygwin...and ran into a compile problem. I don't have time to
look into it, but for the record here it is:
c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../include
-DDEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE=\"/opt/www/conf/htdig.conf\" -I../include
-I../htlib -I../htnet -I../htcommon -I../htword -I../db -I../db
-DMV=\"/usr/bin/mv\" -I/usr/include -g -O2 -Wall -fno-rtti
-fno-exceptions -Wp,-MD,.deps/EndingsDB.pp -c EndingsDB.cc -o
EndingsDB.o
In file included from regex.h:20,
from EndingsDB.cc:31:
../htlib/HtRegex.h:60: syntax error before `;'
Running a very up-to-date Cygwin.
Hope this helps,
greg_fenton.
