No, it's not fixed. It is believed to be fixed in my mifluz-merge "branch," but that seems to be remarkably slower than the current 3.2.0b4 for reasons I don't currently understand. Also, since the mifluz-merged code may have some bugs that have not yet been uncovered--though you're more than welcome to give it a try if you'd like. If so, I suggest subscribing to the htdig-dev list.
