This breaks internet standards. To have a link to a document as above, 
it should be URL-encoded:

<a href="ARIA%20Restaurant.doc">...</a>

Most editors that I've used properly encode filenames for you. The 
common browsers seem to ignore the standard here, so it's probably worth 
changing the URL parser to URL-encode links that it finds anyway.
