What version of ht://Dig are you using? If it is 3.1.x, a patch is required. See

I am using 3.2.04b.
Now I have changed my form to:

<form ...>
<input type="checkbox" name="config" value="012002" > January 2002
<input type="checkbox" name="config" value="022002"> February 2002
.....
</form>

And it runs. ;-)
