Try setting no_excerpt_show_top to "yes" if that's what you want. The web site suggests "true" is not a correct value: http://htdig.org/attrs.html#no_excerpt_show_top no_excerpt_show_top type: boolean used by: htsearch default: false description: If no excerpt is available, this option will act the same as excerpt_show_top, that is, it will show the top of the document. example: no_excerpt_show_top: yes > Does the ability of keywords highlighting in excerpt depends on > indexing pages? I know that when I'm troubleshooting things I run htdig -i (for "initial") to dump the databases and start from scratch. You may find it fixes your problem. emma -- Emma Jane Hogbin [[ 416 417 2868 ][ www.xtrinsic.com ]] ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ htdig-general mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, send a message to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> with a subject of unsubscribe FAQ: http://htdig.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html
