and to change the importance of the keywords:
http://htdig.org/attrs.html#keywords_factor

or for meta tags:
http://htdig.org/attrs.html#keywords_meta_tag_names
and
http://htdig.org/attrs.html#keywords_factor

(I'm pretty sure this is right...I know you want to change the weighting
aka "factor". There are a number of ways to do it, do a control-F on the
config attribute page and look for "factor")
