Are there any parameters I can set to make htdig change the links it
saves? Let me clarify:

I have a site with a database of stuff, which is accesed through some
perls scripts. I use a modified version of these scripts to allow htdig
to index everything in the database, the modifications being eg. to
strip off irrelevant headers etc and put the most important elements first.

This works fine, but when I use htsearch, all the links I get are
pointing to my modified CGI script, not the one I would actually like to
use. Fortunately there is a simple way to get the link I want - it's a
simple matter of either changing the name of the CGI script in the
reference, or perhaps a port number, like:

http://my.database.com/cgi-bin/db-script-htdig

- this is the link I get from htsearch.

http://my.database.com/cgi-bin/db-script

- and this is the link I want to get.

So - is there a simple way to get htdig to change the links it find to
something else?
