I read in FAQ, I did not find my question.
How can I remove database that contains the url which is not existing any more.
Entries for URLs that are no longer valid should be removed automatically whenever you reindex. If you happen to be using a 3.2 snapshot, the htpurge command is also available, which allows you to manually remove specific URLs.
