Greetings Cliff, It would be a hack, but you could try setting "plural_suffix" to "<!--" and having a line like
$&(PLURAL_SUFFIX) <META http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=$&(URL)"> --> in your long.html file. Just a thought...
