IS there a file in your website's cgi-bin?

IF not you'll need to copy the htsearch cgi-bin c=script to that directory and make
your webserver so it will execute it.

I had to rename it htsearch.cgi and chmod it to be executable and of coarse change my
form to call the .cgi version.
