I don't recall ever seeing an "Invalid Form" message.  Possibilities
include:

    a)    Something wrong with pdf2text on freebsd system
    b)    The .PDF files on the freebsd system have been corrupted.

Of course it could be something else entirely, but can you eliminate these
two?
