There are some compression related bugs lurking in the 3.2 beta code. In regular use, they tend to come and go depending on the specific nature of the data being processed. Unless you need features only available in the 3.2 branch, you should probably drop back to 3.1.6, which is currently the only version recommended for production. If that is not possible, other options that you might consider are trying a different snapshot, reindexing your data, and disabling compression.
