In 3.2 is there any way to do synonyms for phrases? An example would be to have "headlice" synonym to "head lice" or "health care" to "healthcare". I have been doing synonyms on single words and that works great, but with 3.2 I would like to use it for phrases.
As a side note, I have been using the latest 3.2 in production for a few months now. We get over 10,000 searches a day. The database has about 17,000 web/pdf pages. So far it seems to work great.
