We are trying to install htdig 3.2.0b3 on our SPARC/Solaris 2.8 platform using
gcc 3.3. However, the configuration failed with the following error message:
Not sure about the specific problem you are running into, but have you tried either the production version (3.1.6) or a recent beta snapshot (3.2.0b4)? A current copy of the source is also available via CVS. The version you are using is a very old, generally unsupported beta release. You are not likely to get much help specific to this version of the code.
