Glad that you have made progress.
I don't recognize the "PRINT OUTPUNT!!!???" message, but to run doc2html.pl
from the command line it is necessary to give two arguments:
doc2html.pl filename.pdf application/pdf
It this fails try:
pdf2html.pl filename.pdf
