I have to index a russian site which is on cyrillic. So I need two files:

Is there some one who have this files? I've found only few dead links...

Have you checked http://fmg-www.cs.ucla.edu/geoff/ispell-dictionaries.html ? This site is linked from the languages FAQ (http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q4.10). The Russian section appears to have a number of links that are alive and well, though I haven't actually used any of the files.
