Unfortunately, nobody can guarantee this (also because nobody is paying any developer to go on and we are doing this in our spare time). We are doing our best to get ht://Dig 3.2 out, but at this stage, in order to declare it *stable* we need users' support and we need them to risk and try it and give us some sort of feedback. For instance, in the last few days, some feedback and testing requests have been forwarded to the list by our aussie developer Lachlan. Of course ... 3.2.05b can't be as stable as 3.1.6, but 3.2.x is much more powerful than 3.1.6 and contains some important new features (e.g. phrase matching).
