According to Douglas Kline: > What does the qtest command in the cgi-bin directory do? Based on the > references to it in the documentation I was able to find, it seems to be an > alternate to htsearch. Is there documentation on qtest? TIA.
As the name implies, it's merely a test program, hence the lack of documentation. It's purpose was to test out a modified query parser, without breaking the existing functionality of htsearch. Beyond that, I don't know what the status of this program is, nor the new query parser for that matter. -- Gilles R.
